| Lost Paddle Canyon - Paddle the same rapids that define the Fall Upper Gauley as one of the world's top ten whitewater runs! Encounter steeper drops and rockier rapids during the fluctuating yet thrilling flows of spring and summer. At high and medium levels, we go in 14' rafts, while at low flows, 3 to 5 person rafts and inflatable Funyaks with instruction provided by our professional guides. Cliffside Canyon -Not as intimidating as the Upper, the lower section of the Gauley is an exciting and technical run with world-class wilderness scenery. Begin your day with a thorough orientation followed by an unequaled adventure on a challenging whitewater maze of rapids, rocks, and waves. Wood's Canyon -Don't wait in theme park lines for hours to take a four-minute ride when you can raft for hours with no wait at all...the mildest yet still amazing middle section of the Gauley River! A refreshing, wild, and beautiful stretch of river full of beginner-friendly, foam capped rapids. |
